Custom Coloured IntelliSkins

Custom Coloured RAM Mounts IntelliSkins are now available to order through Real Mounts.

You may want to customise the colour of the IntelliSkin in larger rollouts to avoid resource mis-allocation, increased visibility in the field, or to reinforce your brand's identity. 

Please note the following information, which offer some rough guidance on pricing. For more precise pricing, please advise us the SKU and qty you wish to customise so that we can quote:

If you only want to customise the colour of the flexible rubber TPU portion:

• There is a minimum order quantity of 500
• The rigid Polycarbonate section will remain black
• There is an AUD $1299 inc GST setup fee, which covers mold setup, and clean and purge of colours before and after
• The increased cost of the IntellSkin part will be roughly AUD $5 inc GST, but this depends on the exact IntelliSkin SKU chosen 

If you want to customise the colour of both the flexible TPU portion and rigid Polycarbonate  panels:

• There is a minimum order quantity of 1200
• There is an AUD $1999 inc GST setup fee, which covers mold setup, and clean and purge of colours before and after
• The increased cost of the IntellSkin part will be roughly AUD $5 inc GST, but this depends on the exact IntelliSkin SKU chosen

The image below shows the 4 x panels (labelled POLY) that are the rigid Polycarbonate material. The rest of the IntelliSkin is made from flexible TPU rubber.
